AsiaInfo Technology (01675) has announced the issuance of 1.5 million share options to group employees on April 8, 2026, under the share option scheme adopted by the company on November 25, 2019. The options grant the recipients the right to subscribe for up to 1.5 million ordinary shares of the company at an exercise price of HK$6.26 per share, with a validity period of 10 years.
