Zhongzi Intl H Maintains 500 Million Issued Shares in July 2026, Confirms Public Float Compliance

Zhongzi International Holdings Limited (abbreviated as Zhongzi Intl H) submitted its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, reporting no changes in share capital structure.

The authorised share capital remained at 10 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100 million.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 500 million ordinary shares with no treasury shares outstanding, implying issued share capital of HKD 5 million at par. The company confirmed that the minimum 25 % public-float threshold required by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange was satisfied as at month-end.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 24 October 2017, 50 million options were outstanding at 31 July 2026. No options were exercised during the month, leaving potential dilution at 10 % of current issued shares.

The report recorded no warrants, convertibles, other equity-linked instruments, or movements in treasury shares, and the company raised no funds during the month.
