Boustead Singapore (F9D) shareholders back S$0.085 final payout, renew mandates at Jul, 30 2026 AGM

Boustead Singapore (F9D) reported that shareholders approved all resolutions at the company’s Annual General Meeting held on Jul, 30 2026, including a final tax-exempt dividend of 4.0 cents per share and a special dividend of 4.5 cents per share for the financial year ended Mar, 31 2026, bringing the full-year distribution to 10.0 cents per share.

The meeting adopted the FY2026 audited results, which showed revenue of 624.4 million Singapore dollars, up 18% year on year, while operating profit declined 19% to 62.8 million Singapore dollars. Net profit surged to 236.3 million Singapore dollars, lifted by a one-off gain from the divestment of 21 Singapore properties to the group’s real estate investment trust. Adjusted net profit, excluding non-recurring items, fell 35%. Return on equity rose to 29%.

Shareholders also re-elected directors Dr Tan Khee Giap and Mak Lye Mun, approved directors’ fees of up to 338,000 Singapore dollars for FY2027 and a one-off additional 500,000 Singapore dollars in fees for FY2026, and re-appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as external auditor.

Mandates were renewed authorising the board to issue new shares of up to 50% of issued capital, to buy back up to 10% of shares, and to allot shares under the Boustead Scrip Dividend Scheme. The meeting concluded at 4:39 p.m.
