AE LOGISTICS (08620) announced that Dahua Ma Shiyun Certified Public Accountants (Dahua) resigned as the company's auditor effective December 17, 2025, due to the board's failure to reach a consensus with Dahua on the proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board resolved to appoint Guo Cheng Certified Public Accountants (Guo Cheng) as the new auditor, effective December 17, 2025, to fill the interim vacancy left by Dahua. The appointment will remain in effect until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
