NANJING PANDA (00553) announced that the board recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Yi Guofu, the company's non-executive director. Due to adjustments in corporate governance structure and work arrangements, Mr. Yi applied to resign from his position as director and related roles on the board's sub-committees. After his resignation, Mr. Yi will continue to hold other positions within the company.

In accordance with the Company Law, Guidelines for Articles of Association of Listed Companies, and other relevant regulations, as well as the company's articles of association, and considering the changes in the board composition, the company recently convened a joint meeting of the trade union committee members and group leaders of the employee representative assembly. The meeting elected Mr. Yi Guofu as an employee representative director for the 11th board of directors, with a term aligned with that of the current board.
