KUAISHOU-W (01024) announced that the company spent HK$73.7998 million to repurchase 1 million shares on September 22, 2025, with a repurchase price range of HK$73.45-74.3 per share. On the same day, 27,500 shares were issued upon the exercise of options under the post-IPO share option scheme adopted on January 18, 2021.
