消息面上，石药集团近日公布，其自主研发的JMT101获得国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心授予突破性治疗认定，用于治疗二线或以上标准治疗失败的晚期结直肠癌。这一重大突破不仅彰显了公司在肿瘤治疗领域的研发实力，也为其潜在的巨额交易奠定了基础。
公司此前披露，正与若干独立第三方就三项潜在交易进行磋商，涉及包括EGFR-ADC在内的多个产品的开发、生产及商业化合作。这些交易的潜在首付款、开发里程碑付款及商业化里程碑付款合计可能高达约50亿美元。其中一项交易预计将于2025年6月完成，进一步激发了投资者对公司未来发展的信心。
