Sep 23

Shui On Land Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on the company’s website (www.shuionland.com) under the “Financial Reports” section and on the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the online documents may request free printed copies from the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by post or email (sol.ecom@shuion.com.cn).

The company also confirmed that, in line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime effective 31 December 2023, it has fully adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Shareholders who prefer hard-copy documents can submit a signed Reply Form to the registrar or via email; the request remains valid until revoked, replaced, or until the publication of the next annual report.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive email notifications of future publications must provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees). Until an email address is recorded, these shareholders will need to check the company and HKExnews websites proactively for updates.

Enquiries can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services at +852 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
