H2O America（NASDAQ:HTO）旗下受监管的德克萨斯州水务公司TWC近日宣布，已获得由德州公用事业委员会指定的三家评估机构对Quadvest LP资产的公允价值评估结果。这家在休斯顿都会区运营的受监管水务企业，其资产最终确定以4.836亿美元作为购并定价基准。
TWC总裁Aundrea Williams表示：“此次评估过程中各方展现的专业精神令人赞赏。我们相信公允价值认定结果印证了此前披露的交易价值。”根据德州法规，该收购价格将直接作为后续费率制定的基准。
公司计划于明年1月中旬前向德州公用事业委员会提交资产转让合并申请，寻求对Quadvest资产收购及费率基准认证的批准。整项收购进程仍按原定规划推进，预计将于2026年中期完成交易交割。
