Alpha Integrated REIT Internalises Management and Changes Trading Name

Alpha Integrated REIT (M1GU) announced that Sabana Real Estate Investment Management Pte. Ltd. was removed as manager at 7:00 p.m. on Oct, 23 2025, and Alpha Integrated REIT Management Pte. Ltd. has been appointed as the new internalised manager with effect from the same time. The internalisation follows resolutions approved by unitholders at the extraordinary general meeting on Aug, 07 2023.

The trust deed dated Oct, 29 2010 has been amended through a Fourth Amending and Restating Deed on Oct, 23 2025 to reflect the new names of both the real estate investment trust and its manager.

Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited will change the security and counter names from “Sabana Industrial REIT” to “Alpha Integrated REIT” at 9:00 a.m. on Nov, 04 2025. The counter code M1GU remains unchanged.

The REIT’s website has been updated to www.ai-reit.com.
