ENM Holdings Reports No Share Capital Changes and Confirms Public Float Compliance in March 2026

ENM Holdings Limited (ENM Holdings) has submitted its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 March 2026. The filing, dated 1 April 2026, shows that the company’s share structure remained unchanged during the month.

ENM Holdings closed March with 1.65 billion issued ordinary shares, identical to the level reported at end-February. The company held no treasury shares, leaving the total issued share count at 1.65 billion.

Management confirmed that the firm met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 31 March 2026.

The report records no activity in share options, warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments, and notes no share repurchases, cancellations or transfers during the month.

Company Secretary Cheng Pui Man affirmed that all listing-rule and regulatory obligations were observed, and that any potential securities dealings would be duly authorised by the board and disclosed in accordance with Hong Kong listing requirements.
