Dissenting votes were limited to just 4,020 shares in each case.

Resolution 7, extending this issuance mandate by the amount of any shares bought back, passed with the same 98.22% approval.

Shareholders likewise green-lighted a 10% share-buy-back mandate under Resolution 5, again with 99.99% support.

Voting was conducted by poll, overseen by scrutineer Tricor Investor Services Limited. The entire Board attended in person. As of the meeting date, Tungtex had 451.07 million shares in issue, all of which were eligible to vote; there were no treasury shares and no shareholders were required to abstain under Hong Kong Listing Rules.
