Everbright Grand China Assets Limited (abbreviation: EB GRAND CHINA) has issued a proxy form detailing the agenda for an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on 11 June 2026 at 3:15 p.m. in the Drawing Room, M/F, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, 1 Harbour Road, Wanchai. The EGM will convene immediately after the conclusion or adjournment of the company’s annual general meeting at the same venue on the same day.

Two ordinary resolutions will be put to shareholder vote:

1. Approval of the New Deposit Service Framework Agreement and its proposed annual caps, together with authorisation for any director to execute related documents and complete associated transactions.

2. Approval of the New Loan Service Framework Agreement and its proposed annual caps, with corresponding authorisation for directors to complete implementation steps.

Shareholders entitled to attend and vote may appoint one or more proxies; a proxy need not be a shareholder of the company. The completed proxy form and any relevant authority documents must reach the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by 3:15 p.m. on 9 June 2026—48 hours before the meeting time—to be valid.

The company notes that completion and delivery of the proxy form will not preclude shareholders from attending and voting in person should they so choose. All references to time and date are Hong Kong standard.
