3月27日晚间，中亚烯谷集团（00063.HK）发布正面盈利预告。公司预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得净利润不少于1,000万港元，而2024年度净利润约为260万港元；以此计算，2025年度净利润同比最低增幅达到约284.6%，对应净利润增加约740万港元。
公司表示，业绩改善主要源自两方面因素： 1. 分租安排下租赁物业的租金收入、物业管理及其他相关服务收入增加； 2. 持有投资物业的应占公允值收益上升。
公告强调，以上数据基于董事会对集团截至2025年12月31日止年度未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，相关年度的最终业绩仍有待核数师及审计委员会审阅，并计划于2026年3月30日披露。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖股份时保持审慎。
