Art Group Holdings to Appoint Union Registrars as New Hong Kong Share Registrar from 1 October 2026

Art Group Holdings Limited announced that it will change its Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar and Transfer Office to Union Registrars Limited, effective 1 October 2026. Share transfer applications must be lodged with the new registrar at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong.

Share certificates not collected by 30 September 2026 will be available for collection from Union Registrars starting 2 October 2026.

The company’s Board—chaired by Su Peixin—approved the change, which aligns all future share registration and transfer services with Union Registrars’ facilities and contact details: telephone (+852) 2849 3399 and fax (+852) 2849 3319.

As of the announcement date, Art Group’s Board comprises four executive directors—Su Peixin, Dr. Wong Ho Yin, Yao Linying, and Du Zhenluan—and three independent non-executive directors—Chong Hon Wang, Chuang Yin Lam, and Wang Yuqin.
