根据截至2025年9月30日止六个月的初步管理账目，百能国际能源控股有限公司预计录得经调整净亏损约8百万至13百万港元，同比上年同期的净亏损10.2百万港元区间变动。同期毛利由去年约3.45百万港元下降至约0.1百万港元，主要由于天然气贸易业务市场竞争激烈、气价波动及一次性存货减值约2.5百万港元所致。同时，财务费用由去年同期的约3.48百万港元增加至约4.39百万港元。
业务分项
天然气贸易业务的毛利显著下滑，原因在于市场竞争、气价波动与运输成本维持高企。尽管天然气相关收入有所减少，但销售费用主要由电线业务产生，整体费用率并未因天然气业务收入下降而出现相应减幅。此外，一次性存货减值部分推高销售成本，进一步侵蚀毛利空间。同期总贷款规模扩大，也令财务费用同比有所增长。
