天润云(02167)于2026年6月22日发布公告称，公司在香港联合交易所场内回购普通股1.72万股，占本次回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库存股）约0.00992%。回购最高价格为每股3.40港元，最低价格为每股3.18港元，共支付约5.53万港元。
上述回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为174,000,400股，其中173,396,800股为已发行股份（不包括库藏股），603,600股为库藏股。根据公告，前次购回授权于2026年5月28日经股东大会通过，公司尚有可根据该授权进行回购的剩余股数17,342,200股。截至公告日期，天润云此次及之前已合计回购25,200股，占购回授权获通过当日公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）总数的约0.0145%。
公司确认上述回购行为已经遵循香港联合交易所《证券上市规则》等相关法律法规的规定。本公告由公司联席公司秘书王欢签署。
