经本次月报披露，Keep Inc.本月底法定及注册股本总数维持在1,000,000,000股，面值USD 0.00005，注册股本金额USD 50,000，较上月无变化。于5月底，公司的已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）减少至503,075,587股，库藏股份增加至7,200,400股，总计保持510,275,987股。
