中国中煤能源股份有限公司（01898）9月14日在香港联合交易所及上海证券交易所同步披露，因工作调整，冯建华不再担任公司证券事务代表，其相关工作已完成交接，公告称此次变动不会影响公司相关工作的正常运行。
公司表示，将依据《上市公司董事会秘书监管规则》《上海证券交易所股票上市规则》等规定，择期选聘符合任职资格人员担任证券事务代表，协助董事会秘书开展后续工作。
截至公告日，公司董事会组成为：执行董事王树东、高士岗、廖华军；非执行董事徐倩；独立非执行董事景奉儒、詹艳景、黄江天。
