Skyworth Group Keeps Issued Shares Steady at 1.89 Billion and Confirms Public Float Compliance – August 2026 Update

Skyworth Group Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to its latest filing to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX).

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, representing total authorised capital of HKD 1.00 billion. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were unchanged at 1.89 billion, and the firm held no treasury shares at month-end.

Skyworth confirmed compliance with HKEX’s public-float requirement, stating that at least 25% of its issued ordinary shares remained in public hands as of 31 August 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, converted, or cancelled during the month, and there were no repurchases or redemptions of shares.

The filing was signed by Director and Company Secretary Eric Lam Shing Choi on 1 September 2026, affirming adherence to all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
