FOURACE IND GP (ASX: 01455) has announced its annual financial results for the period ending March 31, 2026. The company reported a revenue of HK$169 million, representing a decline of 37.8% compared to the previous year. Its net profit stood at HK$36.584 million, which is a 12.3% decrease year-on-year.
The basic earnings per share were HK2.9 cents. The board has proposed a final dividend of HK0.5 cents per share and a special dividend of HK1.0 cents per share.
The reported decrease in total revenue for the period was primarily attributed to reduced sales of hair care products in the US and Japanese markets.
