INTELLIMARK AI (08041) announced that its board of directors has proposed a bonus warrant issue to eligible shareholders. The basis for the issue is one warrant for every five existing shares held on the record date. Each warrant will entitle the holder to subscribe for one new share at a preliminary price of HK$0.60 per share (subject to adjustments) in cash. The subscription right is exercisable for a period of 12 months commencing from the date of the warrant issue. Furthermore, the board has proposed a change to the board lot size for trading the company's shares, reducing it from 20,000 shares to 5,000 shares.
