QEEKA HOME (01739) announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) resigned as the company's auditor on December 5, 2025, at the company's request. The resignation was due to a failure to reach an agreement on the proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint BDO Limited (BDO) as the new auditor, effective December 5, 2025. BDO will fill the interim vacancy left by PwC and serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
