Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited has set 2 June 2026 as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility to attend and vote at its forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM).

Ordinary Shares • Shareholders whose shares are registered in Hong Kong must lodge valid transfer documents and share certificates with Tricor Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. Hong Kong time on 2 June 2026. • Shareholders whose shares are registered in the Cayman Islands must submit the required transfer documents to Conyers Trust Company (Cayman) Limited by 3:30 p.m. Cayman Islands time on 1 June 2026. • All individuals recorded as ordinary-share holders at the close of business on 2 June 2026 Hong Kong time will be entitled to vote and attend the AGM.

American Depositary Shares (ADSs) • ADS holders on the books of The Bank of New York Mellon as of the close of business on 2 June 2026 New York time can instruct the depositary on how to vote the underlying shares. • ADS positions canceled on 2 June 2026 New York time to obtain ordinary shares will lose voting rights for the forthcoming AGM because the cancellation occurs after the ADS record cutoff.
