纽约，2025年12月19日——特别机会基金公司（NYSE: SPE）（以下简称“基金”）今天宣布，将向截至2025年12月29日的普通股股东派发每股0.70美元的年底分配，该款项将于2026年1月30日以股票和现金的形式支付。预计此次分配主要由已实现的长期资本收益构成，并将在2025年纳税年度中对股东征税。进行年底分配的目的是为了避免基金需支付的消费税。
该分配将根据股东的选择以现金或基金普通股的新发行股份形式支付。记录日期后，股东将很快收到选票。选票必须在2026年1月16日下午5:00（东部时间）之前返还并被基金接收。未作选择的股东将被视为选择以股票形式接收分配。分配给股东的现金总额将限制为总分配的20%。其余的分配（不少于80%）将以基金普通股的形式支付。股东所收到的现金和股票的具体分配将取决于该股东的选择以及其他股东的选择，并受到整体20%现金限制的影响。
收到全部或部分以普通股形式进行分配的股东将根据2026年1月20、21和22日基金普通股的成交量加权平均交易价格来确定发放的股份数量。
出于税务报告目的，基金在2025年进行的（或视为已进行的）总分配的实际组成将会在年末后通过1099-DIV表格提供。
