CT VISION (00994) has announced its intention to expand into commercial aerospace-related businesses. The business development directions are as follows: 1. Establish an international commercial aerospace integrated service and trading platform: Leveraging Hong Kong's status as an international hub and the technological, cost, and supply chain advantages of the domestic satellite industry, the group aims to provide global clients with one-stop solutions. These include orbital and frequency resource applications, precise overseas market matching, customized commercial satellite sales and leasing, launch services, and in-orbit operational maintenance. 2. Build a global satellite data computing power and storage service center: Focusing on the core needs of the satellite data industry, the center will offer high-performance satellite data computing support, secure and reliable multi-dimensional data storage, and compliant, efficient satellite data trading services for various entities such as government agencies, satellite operators, commercial clients, and research institutions. It will also collaborate with regulators to establish a cross-border satellite data circulation and trading platform. 3. Create a commercial aerospace technology and financial services platform: This platform will aggregate small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the satellite industry chain that possess core technologies and high growth potential. Addressing industry challenges such as high financing costs and limited channels for commercial aerospace companies, it will utilize innovative financing models like Real World Assets (RWA) to convert commercial aerospace assets—such as satellites, launch services, and data rights—into compliant, tradable digital assets. This initiative will provide SMEs in the industry chain with low-cost, high-efficiency, and diversified funding support, while offering global investors compliant avenues to participate in the development of the commercial aerospace sector, thereby accelerating the growth of SMEs and fostering synergistic development within the industry ecosystem.
The board of directors believes that this expansion into the commercial aerospace business aligns with global industry trends and China's strategic direction, effectively combining Hong Kong's international advantages with the core competitiveness of the domestic satellite industry. The group will proceed step by step based on actual conditions, advancing project implementation, compliance building, team formation, resource integration, and partnership development to ensure the stable growth of the new business.
