根据公告，公司于2026年4月10日在深圳证券交易所回购A股744,600股，占当日公司已发行股本约0.010843%。回购每股价格介乎人民币76.10元至76.51元，总金额约人民币5678.90万元。回购股份将用作股权激励及/或员工持股计划。与此同时，公司同日依据第八期及第九期股票期权激励计划合计发行新股66,199股，其中涉及行权价格分别为人民币70.29元与人民币45.16元。
本次交易后，公司已发行股本约为6,866,703,017股，库藏股增至86,700,241股，总股本变动为6,953,403,258股。公司表示，本次回购及发行事项均已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
