2026年7月17日，奈雪的茶控股有限公司（02150）发布翌日披露报表，并披露于当日于香港联交所场内回购公司股份。根据公告，公司当日购回644,000股普通股股份，占回购前已发行股本约0.0381%。每股回购价介乎每股0.69港元至0.73港元，合计耗资约46.20万港元。
公告显示，本次回购股份将作为库存股份持有，不会被注销。回购完成后，公司已发行股本约减少至1,688,384,647股，而库存股份数上升至19,203,500股，总股份数依然为1,707,588,147股。公司此前于2026年6月24日通过回购授权，授权总股份数为169,843,964股，至今已回购股份共10,055,000股，占授权通过时已发行股本的约0.592%。
奈雪的茶控股有限公司在公告中确认，本次回购事宜已获得董事会正式批准，并符合香港联交所证券上市规则及其他相关法律法规的规定。该公告由公司董事赵林签署。
