盛业控股集团有限公司（06069）8月11日发布更新公告，公布截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股息的派息细节。公司将向股东派发每股0.4047元人民币的普通股末期股息，并提供港元货币选择权，每股派息0.4689港元，适用汇率为1元人民币兑1.1586港元。
本次股息已获股东于2026年5月29日批准。除净日为2026年7月16日，股权登记日为2026年7月20日。选择以港元收取股息的股东需于2026年8月10日16:30前完成货币选择申请。股息派发日定于2026年8月17日。
