中国生物科技服务（08037）于2026年6月3日发布了截至2026年5月31日的证券变动月报表。公告显示，公司法定股本依然为20亿股普通股，面值每股0.1港元，合计注册股本2亿港元；与上月相比未见变动。
公司本月已发行股份总数同样保持不变。截至5月底，普通股的已发行股份数为975,731,150股，与上月持平，库藏股份为0股，说明期间未新增发行或进行回购注销活动。
报告显示，公司于2024年及2026年先后发行两笔可换股债券，包括本金总额600万美元、认购价每股1.11港元的可换股债券，以及本金总额3,500万美元、认购价每股0.66港元的可转换债券。若上述债券于转股期内全部行使，累计最多可转股发行42,432,432股及412,575,757股普通股。
公告称，公司已就本期内的证券发行及库藏股份变动事项履行上市规则及相关法律规定，并由执行董事刘小林签署声明，确认公司维持足够的公众持股量。
