回购后，公司已发行股本维持在509,975,987股，库藏股数为300,000股。购回授权决议于2025年6月25日获通过，可购回股份总数为51,443,658股。截至目前，公司共回购4,074,400股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的0.792012%。公司确认已遵守香港上市规则及相关法律程序。
