On October 5, 2026, JPMorgan Chase & Co. disposed of 216,710 shares of FLAT GLASS (H shares) off-exchange at an average of HKD 5.3582 per share, involving about HKD 1.16 million. The transaction was an off-exchange trade (consideration: cash), not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.
