Parkson Retail Group Limited (Parkson Group) has disclosed an update on director information under Rule 13.51B(2) and 13.51(2)(l) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, highlighting the voluntary dissolution of its indirect wholly owned unit, Changshu Parkson Retail Development Co., Ltd.

The subsidiary, incorporated in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, ceased department-store operations in recent years and was officially dissolved on 17 September 2026 following approval from local authorities. Executive Director Ms. Juliana Cheng San San, who also served as a director of the dissolved entity, remains on the Parkson Group board.

Management stated that the closure aligns with a broader resource-reallocation strategy and is expected to have no significant impact on Parkson Group’s overall operations or financial position.

As of the announcement date (21 September 2026), the board comprises Executive Directors Tan Sri Cheng Heng Jem and Ms. Juliana Cheng San San; Non-executive Director Dato’ Sri Dr. Hou Kok Chung; and Independent Non-executive Directors Dato’ Fu Ah Kiow, Yau Ming Kim Robert, and Datuk Koong Lin Loong.
