3月27日晚，品创控股（08066）发布正面盈利预告称，根据对截至2025年12月31日止年度未经审核综合管理账目的初步评估，公司预计期内录得归属股东净利润约1,248万港元，较2024财年同期的约45万港元大幅增长，增幅超过26倍。
公司表示，业绩显著改善主要受以下因素综合影响： 1. 私域电商平台在报告期内贡献税后利润约2,780万港元，而上年同期暂无此业务； 2. 智能卡业务分类利润同比减少约300万港元，主要因收入减少约140万港元及杂项收入减少约110万港元； 3. 电视节目投资录得公允价值亏损约580万港元，而2024财年同期相关投资曾录得约290万港元的公允价值收益； 4. 销售智能卡应用系统业务分类利润同比下降约340万港元，由盈转亏； 5. 人工智能语音技术数据服务录得亏损约110万港元，上年同期无此亏损； 6. 企业开支同比增加。
公司强调，本次盈利预告基于管理层对未经审核财务数据的初步评估，最终经审核的完整业绩将于2026年3月31日前后公布。公司提醒投资者在买卖公司股份时保持谨慎。
