May 20

Bayzed Health Group Inc. (Bayzed Health) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Bayzed Medical Investment Group Company Limited, signed separate strategic cooperation agreements on 20 May 2026 with Shanghai Weichuang Weilian Weitong Health Management Co., Ltd. (Weilian Weitong) and Shanghai Mingyue Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (Mingyue Medical), both subsidiaries of MicroPort Scientific Corporation.

Under the agreements, the parties will collaborate across three core areas:

1) Supply Chain Integration: Weilian Weitong and Mingyue Medical will supply all hospitals under Bayzed Health with a comprehensive portfolio of high-value medical consumables and integrated solutions covering all MicroPort Scientific Group business lines.

2) Cardiovascular & Cerebrovascular Expansion: Joint regional centres for diagnosis and treatment will be established within Bayzed Health’s hospital network, supported by MicroPort’s equipment, technology and specialist resources.

3) Surgical Robotics Platforms: The partners will set up endoscopic and orthopaedic surgical robot centres, creating intelligent hubs that combine clinical services, technical training, research and academic exchange.

Management expects these initiatives to strengthen Bayzed Health’s core capabilities in complex disease treatment and minimally invasive surgery, accelerate the rollout of its “eight-ring” service model—spanning prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, management, connectivity and companionship—and reinforce its “Hospital at Home” continuous-care platform.

For Weilian Weitong and Mingyue Medical, the alliance offers access to Bayzed Health’s nationwide hospital footprint, facilitating deployment of their high-value consumables and accelerating commercial adoption of innovative cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, orthopaedic and rehabilitation solutions. The collaboration also aims to create demonstration sites for surgical robotics and foster a medicine-engineering feedback loop to support ongoing R&D in medical AI.

The agreements do not trigger disclosure or shareholder approval requirements under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules and serve as a framework for longer-term cooperation. No definitive project-specific contracts have been signed to date; implementation of individual projects remains subject to further agreements.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Bayzed Health securities.
