YIHAI INTL Maintains Stable Share Capital in August 2026; Public Float Fully Compliant

YIHAI INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LTD. (YIHAI INTL) has filed its monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming a steady capital structure with no share movements during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remains unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001 each, equivalent to an aggregate authorised capital of USD 50,000.

Issued share capital also stayed flat: 1.04 billion ordinary shares were in issue at both the beginning and end of August 2026, and the company held no treasury shares. Consequently, total issued shares stood at 1.04 billion as of 31 August 2026.

YIHAI INTL affirmed compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), maintaining at least the required 25% public float threshold for its ordinary shares.
