心泰医疗(02291)公布，在2026年5月22日举行的股东周年大会上，股东已批准截至2025年12月31日止年度的利润分配方案，将派发末期股息每股人民币0.5元（含税），总派息金额约1.734亿元。
此次末期股息将以港元派付，但通过港股通投资的股东除外。按股东周年大会日期前五个营业日中国人民银行公布的人民币兑港元汇率均值（人民币0.873284元兑1.00港元）折算，每股H股股息为0.572551港元（含税）。
股权登记日为2026年6月2日，末期股息预计将于2026年7月31日（星期五）或之前，派发予当日名列公司股东名册的股东。有关股息派付的税务安排及暂停办理股份过户登记等事宜，已在通函中载明。
