Under this agreement, Pokfulam Properties has commissioned the contractor to carry out several refurbishment works for the property, with a contract value of HKD 3.56 million. The property in question is an industrial building located at 5B Yalan Street and 1163 Guangdong Road in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The property is partially owned by Chengfu Properties, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and partially by an independent third party. The refurbishment works are intended to strengthen the exterior of the property and restore parts of its original appearance. Pokfulam Properties has obtained authorization from both Chengfu Properties and the independent third-party owner to enter into the construction contract.
