网易云音乐股份有限公司于2026年4月2日发布公告，宣布当日在香港联交所场内回购113,450股普通股，占该公司当日前已发行股本约0.05295%，回购价格区间为每股129.4港元至133.7港元，合计付出约1,499.74万港元。
本次股份回购完成后，公司已发行股份数量由214,246,066股减少至214,132,616股，库藏股数增加至3,783,500股，合计股本总数仍为217,916,116股。公司表示，此次回购基于2025年6月25日通过的回购授权，授权可回购股份总数为21,739,953股，截至目前公司已累计回购3,451,950股，占授权时已发行股本约1.5878%。
公司确认本次回购严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则以及相关法律法规，并已履行全部必要程序。
