AMTD IDEA Group (AMTD) reported unaudited results for the six months ended Jun, 30 2025, with revenue increasing by approximately 150% year on year to about 121.0 million Singapore dollars.
Net profit attributable to the period rose 63.7% to roughly 93.6 million Singapore dollars.
Revenue from hotel operations, hospitality and VIP services climbed 60.3% to around 17.3 million Singapore dollars.
As at Jun, 30 2025, total assets were valued at about 2.98 billion Singapore dollars, while net asset value amounted to roughly 2.45 billion Singapore dollars.
The company also recorded 64.8 million US dollars (about 88.1 million Singapore dollars) in dividends, realised gains and unrealised fair-value gains on financial assets during the period.
AMTD IDEA said its subsidiary, The Generation Essentials Group, plans to expand the newly launched L’Officiel Coffee concept to 15-20 locations globally over the next three years.
Subsequent to the reporting date, TGE agreed to acquire full ownership of Hilton Garden Inn New York City Tribeca, an 80% stake in Upper View Regalia Hotel in Kuala Lumpur and a 50% stake in The Ritz-Carlton Perth, subject to customary closing conditions.
In December 2025, TGE Value Creative Solutions Corp, a SPAC sponsored by the group, completed a 150 million US-dollar (about 204 million Singapore-dollar) initial public offering, and TGE completed a secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange.
