福莱特玻璃集团股份有限公司（06865）于2026年5月22日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示，当日公司在香港联交所场内回购H股43.90万股（占变动前已发行股份的0.02%），每股回购价格介乎港币7.90元至7.99元，合计支出约349.99万港元。
回购完成后，公司H股已发行股份由437,965,000股减至437,526,000股，库存股数由3,750,000股增至4,189,000股，H股发行总股本仍为441,715,000股；A股部分无变动，继续维持1,887,856,906股已发行股份、13,308,421股库存股，合共1,901,165,327股。该次回购基于公司于2026年5月12日获通过的回购授权，授权总数为44,171,500股，截至目前已回购4,189,000股，占授权总数的0.95%。
公司确认上述回购及已发行股本变动事项已获得董事会正式批准，并遵守香港联合交易所证券上市规则及相关法规。公告由董事及公司秘书阮泽云签署。
