XD Inc. repurchases 117,000 shares for HK$7.91 million; total buybacks outstanding rise to 2.06 million shares

XD Inc. (Hong Kong-listed, stock code 02400) disclosed that it executed an on-market repurchase of 117,000 ordinary shares on 25 March 2026. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$65.50 to HK$69.75, for an aggregate consideration of HK$7.91 million. The tranche accounts for 0.0237 % of the company’s 494.43 million issued shares.

The latest transaction lifts the volume of shares repurchased but not yet cancelled between 25 February and 25 March 2026 to 2.06 million, equivalent to approximately 0.42 % of the current outstanding share capital. Despite these buybacks, the issued share count remains unchanged at 494.43 million.

Under the shareholder mandate approved on 29 May 2025, XD Inc. is authorised to acquire up to 49.17 million shares. As of 25 March 2026, the company has repurchased 2.75 million shares under this mandate, representing 0.56 % of the share base at the time the mandate was granted.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 24 April 2026 following the latest buyback.
