朗诗绿色生活服务有限公司（01965）8月7日公告称，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审核管理账目的初步评估，预计期内录得归属于公司权益持有人净利润不低于人民币5百万元，而上年同期则录得约人民币1.70百万元的净亏损。公司因此实现由亏转盈。
公司指出，业绩改善主要由于截至2026年6月30日止六个月预期信贷亏损模式下的应收贸易款项及其他应收款项减值亏损拨备减少所致。
公告同时提示，相关数据尚未经过公司审计委员会审阅，亦未获核数师审计或确认，最终以预计于2026年8月下旬公布的中期业绩为准。
公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份及证券时保持审慎。
