ASMPT有限公司（00522.HK）8月12日公告，根据公司于2020年3月24日采纳的员工股份奖励计划，向董事兼集团行政总裁Bassel Haddad先生授出合计59,500股奖励股份，占截至公告日已发行4.19亿股股份的约0.01%。
本次授出股份的奖励日期为2026年8月12日，购股价格为零。按当日每股169.50港元的收市价计算，所涉奖励股份市值约1,008.53万港元。
具体来看，奖励股份包括17,700股与绩效挂钩的PSP股份以及41,800股与留任挂钩的RSP股份。PSP股份将于2029年5月2日一次性归属；RSP股份则分三期归属：50%（20,900股）于2027年5月3日、25%（10,450股）于2028年5月3日、其余25%（10,450股）于2029年5月2日。
PSP股份的归属将基于集团截至2026年、2027年及2028年12月31日三个年度的财务表现，绩效指标为公司收入增长率及EBIT率与同行业的比较；未达门槛将不予归属。RSP股份则无绩效目标，但需员工在归属日前持续受雇。若提前离职，未归属股份将失效。
此外，回拨机制规定，若获奖员工在终止雇佣关系后违反离职后义务，公司可收回已加速归属的股份或要求其退还等值款项。
完成本次授出后，奖励计划下未来可供分配的股份数量为23,980,733股，继续受计划“已发行股份总数10%且每个公历年度不超过2%”的限制。
