OIWAHPAWN Shareholder Transfers HK$386 Million Worth of Shares from Golden Apricot Capital to CMB Wing Lung Bank

On February 13, a shareholder of OIWAHPAWN transferred shares from Golden Apricot Capital (Hong Kong) to CMB Wing Lung Bank. The transferred shares had a market value of HK$386 million, representing 72.85% of the company's issued share capital. For the six-month period ending August 31, 2025, OIWAHPAWN reported revenue of HK$82.016 million, a decrease of 5.7% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to shareholders was HK$38.381 million, an increase of 25.7% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share were HK 2.0 cents, and the company declared an interim dividend of HK 1.00 cent per share.
