康圣环球(股票代码：09960)于2026年7月3日发布公告称，公司于同日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股4,000股，占本次交易前公司已发行股本的约0.00039%，回购价格介乎每股0.97港元至0.98港元，合计支付约3,915.2港元。完成后，公司已发行股本由2026年7月2日的1,033,846,640股(不含库藏股)变动为1,033,842,640股，库藏股由7,480,000股增加至7,484,000股，总已发行股本及库藏股数量仍维持在1,041,326,640股。
购回授权于2026年6月5日经股东大会通过，授权购回上限为103,426,264股。截至目前，公司已累计依据该授权回购股份420,000股，占授权决议通过日公司已发行股本约0.04061%。公司确认此次回购严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由执行董事、首席财务官兼公司秘书记海节签署。
