公告显示，本次回购股份占截至回购前公司已发行股本约0.05%。公司购买上述股份的回购授权由股东于2025年6月30日通过，当前残余可使用回购授权为387,808,320股，迄今公司已在证券市场累计回购17,204,000股，占该回购授权决议获通过当日已发行股本的0.44%。
公司确认，本次交易已获得董事会正式授权并遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及其他相关法律法规。该公告由公司秘书张贤签署。
