宜明昂科生物医药技术（上海）股份有限公司（简称“宜明昂科-B”，股票代码：01541）于2026年6月10日发布翌日披露报表，公告公司于2026年6月10日在香港联交所场内回购52,800股H股普通股股份。此次回购股份数量占该事件前现有已发行股本约0.0126%，每股价格介乎港币3.12元至3.27元，合共耗资约16.93万港元。
本次回购完成后，宜明昂科-B已发行股份总数为420,477,305股，其中419,742,705股为已发行股份、734,600股为库存股份。根据公司于2026年5月28日股东大会通过的回购授权，公司可回购股份总数为43,150,769股，截至本次回购后，已在香港联交所等证券交易所累计回购734,600股，占回购授权通过当日已发行股本（不包括库藏股）数目的约0.1702%。公司确认已遵守相关上市规则及适用法律。
