A specialized technical team from the Chengde branch of the Hebei Special Equipment Inspection Institute has been assembled to oversee the renovation project of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tank group vaporization stations in Chengde's central urban area. This initiative, commissioned by the Chengde Shuangqiao District Urban Management Bureau, is a key municipal livelihood project. It encompasses 30 gas supply communities in Shuangqiao District, involving the installation and commissioning of 6,809 meters of gas pipelines, and aims to enhance daily gas safety for thousands of households.

During the supervision process, technicians from the Chengde branch strictly adhered to special equipment safety technical specifications. They conducted comprehensive monitoring of critical stages, including pipeline welding quality and pressure testing. The team also provided on-site guidance to address technical challenges encountered during construction, assisting the contractor in optimizing procedures and promptly identifying and eliminating potential safety hazards to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Given the project's extensive scope and technical complexity, the Chengde branch has implemented a "full-process tracking, key control, and immediate feedback" mechanism. This approach aims to facilitate early detection and resolution of quality issues. Supervision and inspection activities are currently progressing in line with the project timeline. The Chengde branch will continue to leverage its professional expertise to mitigate special equipment safety risks and ensure the entire pipeline installation process remains quality-controlled and secure.
