亚洲策略科技(01027)于2026年4月30日发布公告，拟在即将召开的股东周年大会上授予董事购回公司已发行股本最多10%的一般授权。据公告披露，公司目前合计已发行417,550,000股股份，因此最高可回购约41,755,000股。
公告显示，董事会拟根据开曼群岛公司法及香港联合交易所有限公司上市规则进行上述购回，并将使用公司符合规定的现有资金作为购回来源。董事会认为，股份购回可在适当市况下提升每股资产净值或每股盈利，有助于提高股东回报，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
公司公告提及，股东周年大会定于2026年6月1日上午11时在香港中环皇后大道中99号中环中心12楼2室举行，相关股东过户登记将于2026年5月27日至6月1日期间暂停。在此之前，于2026年5月26日下午4时30分前完成股份过户登记方可投票。过往12个月，公司股价在联交所的最高及最低报价分别约为每股5.00港元及0.90港元。
